It includes beautiful photographs of each recipe and a helpful “tricky ingredients” shopping list to find some of the more obscure or hard-to-get ingredients found in various recipes. In October of 2014, a lovely young woman, named Chelsea, reached out to me on Instagram about collaborating on an all-things-Paleo e-book. We didn’t know each other in person, but we both love Paleo, so we agreed!
We’ve each worked on Paleo recipe development for the e-book. We got together in late February of 2015 to recipe test and photograph. Then, we worked extremely hard, with the help of my boyfriend, who is a software developer, to release the e-book the weekend of Paleo f(x) in April of 2015!
